आज मैं अपनी हेल्थ के बारे में अपने डॉक्टर से मिलने गया।
Today I went to meet my Doctor about my health.
After Listening to My Job, the salary, the type of work, he advised me:
1) Walk most of the Time
2) Reduce cold drinks
3) Leave the Alcohol at all
4) Drink too much water.
5) If you are going near by do not go by rickshaw, go walking.
6) Stop the outside food completely.
7) Do not eat oil, ghee at home and stop eating meat, eggs, fish.
I said "yes" then ..
Then asked the frightening question:
Doctor Saab '...
What has happened to me ?? 😢😓😭
Then the doctor said:

You have "Nothing" happened ...
Your "Salary itself" is too Less Buddy !!

आज मैं अपनी हेल्थ के बारे में अपने डॉक्टर से मिलने गया।
मेरी
नौकरी, पगार, काम के प्रकार इत्यादि को सुनकर, उसने मुझे सलाह दी:
1) ज़्यादातर पैदल चला करो
2) कोल्डड्रिंक्स कम कर दो
3) शराब तो बिलकुल ही छोड़ दो
4) बहुत ज्यादा पानी पीओ।
5) अगर आप-पास जाना हो तो रिक्शा में मत जाओ, चल के जाओ।
6) बाहर का खाना पूरी तरह से बंद करो।
7) घर पर तेल, घी मत खाओ और मांस, अंडे, मछली खाना बंद करो।
मैंने "हां" तो बोल दिया..
फ़िर डरते-डरते सवाल पूछा:
डॉक्टर साब'...
एक्चुली मुझे हुआ क्या है ??😢😓😭
तब डॉक्टर ने कहा:

तुम्हें हुआ "कुछ नहीं" है...
तुम्हारी "सैलरी ही" कम है बे!!
🤣🤣🤣
