* Beware those who buy gold from black money. According to exclusive information, the government is preparing to take the second biggest step after demonetisation to attack black money. Under which a special scheme for gold can come on the lines of the amnesty scheme. According to information quoting sources, the government is preparing to crack down on those who put black money in gold. This will be the second major step of the government after demonetisation on the black money front. For this, a special amnesty scheme for gold can be brought on the lines of the amnesty scheme of income tax. On receipt of gold without more than a fixed quantity, it will have to be informed and the price of the gold will have to be reported to the government.
To decide the price of gold under this amnesty scheme, a certificate has to be obtained from the valuation center. A certain amount of tax will have to be paid on the amount of gold without a receipt. This scheme will be opened for a specific time frame only. After the scheme is over, if the gold is found in excess of the prescribed quantity, a heavy penalty will be paid. There may be special announcements to use the gold lying with the temple and trust as a productive investment.
The Department of Economic Affairs and Revenue Department of the Ministry of Finance have jointly drafted this scheme. The Finance Ministry has sent its proposal to the cabinet. It can get approval from the cabinet soon. It was to be discussed in the cabinet in the second week of October itself. Due to the state elections of Maharashtra and Haryana, the decision was deferred at the last moment.
*काले धन से गोल्ड खऱीदने वाले सावधान हो जाएं।एक्सक्लूसिव जानकारी के मुताबिक काला धन पर हमला बोलने के लिए सरकार नोटबंदी के बाद दूसरा सबसे बड़ा कदम उठाने की तैयारी में है। जिसके तहत एमनेस्टी स्कीम के तर्ज पर गोल्ड के लिए खास स्कीम आ सकती है। सूत्रों के हवाले से मिली जानकारी के मुताबिक सरकार गोल्ड में काला धन लगाने वालों पर नकेल कसने की तैयारी में है। ये काले धन के मोर्चे पर नोटबंदी के बाद सरकार का दूसरा बड़ा कदम होगा। इसके लिए इनकम टैक्स की एमनेस्टी स्कीम के तर्ज पर गोल्ड के लिए खास एमनेस्टी स्कीम लाई जा सकती है। एक तय मात्रा से ज्यादा बगैर रसीद वाले गोल्ड होने पर उसकी जानकारी देनी होगी और गोल्ड की कीमत सरकार को बतानी होगी
इस एमनेस्टी स्कीम के तहत गोल्ड की कीमत तय करने के लिए वैल्यूएशन सेंटर से सर्टिफिकेट लेना होगा। बगैर रसीद वाले जितने गोल्ड का खुलासा करेंगे उस पर एक तय मात्रा में टैक्स देना होगा। ये स्कीम एक खास समय सीमा के लिए ही खोली जाएगी। स्कीम खत्म होने के बाद तय मात्रा से ज्यादा गोल्ड पाए जाने पर भारी जुर्माना देना होगा। मंदिर औऱ ट्रस्ट के पास पड़े गोल्ड को भी प्रोडक्टिव इन्वेस्टमेंट के तौर पर इस्तेमाल करने के खास एलान लिए हो सकते हैं।
वित्त मंत्रालय के इकोनॉमिक अफेयर्स विभाग और राजस्व विभाग ने मिलकर इस स्कीम का मसौदा तैयार किया है। वित्त मंत्रालय ने अपना प्रस्ताव कैबिनेट के पास भेजा है। जल्द कैबिनेट से इसको मंजूरी मिल सकती है। अक्टूबर के दूसरे हफ्ते में ही कैबिनेट में इस पर चर्चा होनी थी। महाराष्ट्र और हरियाणा के राज्य चुनाव की वजह से आखिर समय पर फैसला टाला गया।
