Sushant Singh Rajput was an Indian actor , actor , Entrepreneur and philanthropist.
As he gave back to back hit movies as he entered the Bollywood industry and earned a lot of respect , love , money. He was an inspiration for our generation,  youngsters used to follow him by considering him as an idol but yet he committed suicide.
It sounds quite strange , but not weird.
Mumbai is just not a city for those who come their to fulfill their desires but it is a city which consists of a large number of crowded people who are still searching how to fulfill their ambitions.
Mumbai is a city where millions of people visit every year with a mindset of achieving something great in their life and shine. Those who are already established try to make it more better.
Today nobody is satisfied in what they have they just want "more" to live their life according to themselves. 
There is no end to this lust because everybody is in a race to get more.
Regardless of the economic circumstances of Sushant , he was in better position than 95% of the people in the country. What they do not have was not just satisfaction, neither the courage to fight their life. This is what happens with cinematic heroes. 
If life becomes a little opposite they lose their hopes and they give up.
Example of a legend Amitabh Bachchan breaks down on the four stones of Raj Thackeray and starts apologizing.
Every celebrity has lots of responsibilities because for many of them they are their idols people follow them.
But if they take any wrong decision,  then also their mistake becomes an argument in favor of making mistakes for many people.
So making a decision of committing suicide is one of the disgusting act in the world. No matter how good an actor or a person he was but in the end he did something so worst which has changed everybody's thinking. 
Whatever might he was going through but making such a decision was absolutely not acceptable.
Being defeated in life is not new for humans. It has been happening in every age. When people seems life is becoming difficult they think of running away rather than to face it with bravery. 
Earlier people use to run away from their homes and go to the shelter of religion and become saint. But now it is not so. People reject religion in the pretense of bogus intellectualism, then when they feel life is becoming more stressful there is no other way to face it so they opt for suicide. The same has happened with Sushant.
He is not the first suicidal in this Bollywood industry but now every month we get hear about people committing suicide. Like earlier Jiya, Pratyusha , Sushant.
Sushant's pretext,  but the lifestyle of Mumabi should be discussed that why people are committing suicide.
No matter how ugly our life is, but surely it is prettier than death. There are many people around us who are still living their lives in difficult times even they are surviving. 
Life is very beautiful if lived that way just the way we live and treat things that should be good.
Sushant may you be liberated ,but suicide was not worthy of reverence.

सुशांत एक सफल अभिनेता थे। फिल्में चल रही थीं, पैसा आ रहा था, प्रसिद्धि मिल चुकी थी, जाने कितनों के आदर्श थे... फिर भी आत्महत्या कर लिए। अजीब लगता है, पर अजीब है नहीं।

मुम्बई एक शहर का नाम नहीं, अधूरी महत्वकांक्षाओ की बहुत बड़ी भीड़ का नाम है। वहाँ हर साल लाखों लोग चमकने जाते हैं। जो चमक रहे हैं वे और अधिक चमकने का प्रयास करते हैं। यहाँ कोई अपनी दशा से संतुष्ट नहीं, सब "और अधिक" पाना चाहते हैं। इस हवस का कोई अंत नहीं...

सुशांत के आर्थिक हालात कैसे भी रहे हों, पर वे देश की 95% जनता से अच्छी स्थिति में थे। क्या नहीं था उनके पास... बस संतुष्टि नहीं थी, जीवन से लड़ने का साहस नहीं था। सिनेमाई नायकों से साथ यही होता है। जीवन थोड़ा सा विपरीत हो जाय तो हार मान लेते हैं। वहाँ अमिताभ बच्चन जैसा महानायक राज ठाकरे के चार पत्थरों पर ही टूट कर माफी मांगने लगता है।

किसी भी प्रसिद्ध व्यक्ति की जिम्मेवारी बड़ी होती है। उनको असँख्य लोग फॉलो करते हैं, आदर्श मानते हैं। वे यदि कोई गलत निर्णय लें तो उनकी गलती भी कइयों के लिए गलती करने के पक्ष में तर्क बन जाती है। फिर आत्महत्या तो शायद संसार का सबसे घृणित कर्म है। सुशांत कितने भी अच्छे अभिनेता रहे हों, उन्होंने अंत में अत्यंत घिनौनी और कायरतापूर्ण प्रस्तुति दी है।

मनुष्य के लिए जीवन से पराजित होना नया नहीं है, हर युग में ऐसा होता रहा है। जीवन जब बहुत कठिन हो जाय तो लोग सांसारिक झंझटों से दूर भागते रहे हैं। पहले लोग ऐसी दशा में घर से भाग कर धर्म की शरण में चले जाते थे, साधु हो जाते थे। पर अब ऐसा नहीं है। फर्जी बुद्धिजीविता के ढोंग में लोग धर्म को नकार देते हैं, फिर जब जीवन भारी पड़ता है तो आत्महत्या के अतिरिक्त कोई दूसरा मार्ग नहीं दिखता। सुशांत के साथ भी यही हुआ है।
सुशांत सिनेमाई संसार के पहले आत्महत्यारे नहीं हैं, अब हर महीने दो महीने पर कोई स्टार आत्महत्या कर ही लेता है। जिया, प्रत्युषा, सुशांत... सुशांत के बहाने ही सही, पर मुम्बइया शैली के जीवन की कुरूपता पर चर्चा होनी ही चाहिए। जो जीवनशैली सबकुछ होते हुए भी आत्महत्या की ओर ढकेल दे, वह सुन्दर नहीं है।

जीवन कितना भी कुरूप क्यों न हो, मृत्यु की अपेक्षा सुन्दर ही होता है। हमारे आपके आसपास ऐसे असँख्य लोग हैं जिनका जीवन अत्यंत कठिन है। फिर भी वे जी रहे हैं। जिन्दगी बहुत खूबसूरत है, बस जीने का ढंग बढ़िया होना चाहिए।


जाइये सुशांत। आपको मुक्ति मिले... वैसे आत्महत्या श्रद्धा के योग्य नहीं

Why Many IIT / IIM / MBAs Prefer to go for an Start-Up rather Work for Others ?  

1. You’ll have more responsibility

Working at a start-up probably means you’re part of a small team, most likely in the single digits. Because of the nature of having such a small team, there is probably nobody else in the company who has the same skillset as you, approaches problems in the same way you do, or even thinks the same way you do. 

2. You’ll be given more opportunities

I probably don’t need to tell you that most start-up jobs won’t pay as well as some of the bigger corporate and business jobs. You (or your degree) may be worth more than a start-up is able to pay. But working at a start-up offers a different type of reward: an incentive-based system that isn’t based on dollars, but rather in skills attained and opportunities seized. The experience will outweigh the pay cut

3. You’ll be able to do a lot of different things

One of the biggest complaints I hear from peers who have entered into a more-structured, corporate position is that they are generally stuck with their main task and don’t get to branch out into other areas. Whether it’s writing, designing, filling out spreadsheets, or any other task, it’s usually a one-person-fits-one-task kind of position. If that sounds like your start-up job, then, I hate to tell you, but you’re doing something wrong. Working at a start-up will allow you to try on a lot of different hats, even that weird one that you didn’t think you would ever like, but find out that you did. 

4. You will learn from true innovators

People who start their own business have a different mental and professional makeup than those who have never gone off to create something of their own. Entrepreneurs are defined by seeing a problem and thinking of an innovative and original way of addressing it. Because of this innovative nature, entrepreneurs are some of the best people to learn from. They approach problems differently, are constantly finding solutions, and are driven to make the most out of their time and work.. Innovation is more than creativity. It’s action and reaction, solving problems in a new, enlightening way. Every successful start-up has true innovators, and if you find the right ones, you’ll learn plenty.

5. Your work will be recognized (as will your failures)

If I’ve learned anything from watching TV shows and movies, it’s that if you work

at a big company, chances are that all of your hard work is going to be ignored by the boss or someone else is going to snag the credit. But at a start-up, it’s nearly impossible not to notice a job well done or to give credit where credit is due. If you succeed, the small team will recognize it instantly, and the praise and glory is yours to bask in. Spread your arms in glory, my friend, your work has been recognized. On the flip side of that coin is that it’s also really easy to see when you’ve screwed up. For two reasons, this is a good thing. The first is that it’s nearly impossible to slack off to. Within a few days, your coasting and slacking will be noticed and the rest of the team will wonder why they are working harder than they have to. That keeps you focused and on your game. The second reason is that because failure is easier to notice, you’ll make sure to eliminate mistakes in order to avoid disappointing your colleagues. Stay focused, start-up employee, and your successes will be recognized and your failures minimized. And when the rest of the team says “We couldn’t have done it without you,” you can be confident that they mean it.

6. You’ll work in an awesome atmosphere

Let me count the ways: 

• I wear jeans to work. In the summer, I wear shorts and sandals.
• If there isn’t at least one really good joke in an hour, it’s probably a slow day.
• Everyone else who works at a start-up has the same drive and excitement for creation as you do. 

7. You’ll learn to be frugal

Working at a start-up probably means that money is tight. Whether you’ve been showered with investor love or the founder has a really wealthy uncle, the company will still be thinking of ways to do more with less. Instead, the business development intern will learn how to design and code the blog, the writer will sometimes do the dishes, and at the start you’ll find a way to fit nine people around an eight person table (hint: extra chair). This frugality and monetary responsibility will undoubtedly bleed into your own life as well, and you’ll end up finding new ways to find fulfilment

 other than burning the money you earn. Instead, you’ll probably discover a joy in creating and doing, rather than consuming. You’ll find happiness in being part of a team that is trying to make other people’s lives easier, more fun, and more manageable. Your entire life will take on a meaning of creation, and you’ll be more energized, both physically and mentally, to take on new hobbies and start your own personal projects. In the start-up world, it’s all about creating more and consuming less (this does not apply to Thai food or burritos).

8. You’ll be instilled with the value of hard work, ownership, and self-sustainability

Maybe more important than any other benefit of working at a start-up is the realization that hard work, creative thinking, and tenacity are worth a whole lot. Once you’ve created something of your own, something tangible and whole, something you can touch, feel, or use, you really begin to appreciate personal ownership. For those who do not actively create, or are continuously creating for someone else’s benefit, it’s difficult to understand the great importance of personal ownership and the liberty needed to pursue that ownership. Working at a start-up and spreading the news of your team’s product, a product that you helped bring into existence, instils the value of that ownership and gives you pride in your work. It is this pride, in your team’s hard-work and ability, that teaches you the importance of protecting those who do create innovative solutions and take risks. 

Working at a start-up also means that you and your small team are the only people responsible for your success. For some, that may trigger a response to go crawl into a corner and hope someone comes and spoon-feeds them their paycheck. For others, it’s the greatest motivation there is. To be cut off from relying on others to provide for you will undoubtedly surface skills and a determination that you didn’t know you had. At a start-up, that natural wish to be self-sustainable is magnified and multiplied, triggering the do-or-die attitude that is often the difference between success and failure. No matter where you go after your stint at a start-up, and especially if it is to go off and create a company on your own, that need to be self-sustainable, and the skills you picked up to make that possible, will power everything that you do.

अनामिका - एक महीने में 25 दिन स्कूल खुलते हैं तो मै रोज एक स्कूल जाती थी और छुट्टी लिखकर रजिस्टर मे रख आती थी।
पत्रकार - प्रिंसिपल कुछ बोलता नहीं था ?
अनामिका - वो 24 दिन की छुटटी का 10000 लेते हैं
पत्रकार - 25 सकूलों में नियुक्ति कैसे होती गयी ?
अनामिका - जिस स्कूल मे नियुक्ति हुई थी बीएसए मुझे प्यार करने लगा उसी ने मुझे 25 स्कूलों में नौकरी दी और कहा कि एक महीने मे एक स्कूल में एक ही दिन जाना होगा।
पत्रकार - आपको तनख्वाह कितनी मिलती थी ?
अनामिका- एक स्कूल से 45000
पत्रकार - आगे क्या प्लान था ?
अनामिका- 69000 शिक्षकों की भर्ती का रिजल्ट आ जाता तो मैं 50 जिलों में और नौकरी करने वाली थी
पत्रकार - इतनी हिम्मत आई कहाँ से ?
अनामिका - जब UP सरकार भृष्टाचार के लिए ही हो तो हर काम संभव है।
पत्रकार- फिर पकड़ कैसे गयीं ?
अनामिका - एक जिले बीएसए   निकला वो रिटायर होने वाला है उसको लॉकडाउन में समय से पैसा नहीं दी तो उसने हरकत कर दी।
पत्रकार - क्या और जिलों मे भी ऐसी टीचर हैं ?
अनामिका - बहुत टीचर है, बीएसए हर टीचर से हर महीने 10-15 हजार लेता है अगर जिले में 500 स्कूल है तो सोच लो एक महीने मे वो कितना कमा रहा है !!
पत्रकार- बीएसए लड़कों से भी पैसे लेता है ?
अनामिका - लडकों से तो 20-20 हजार लेता है लेकिन उन लङको से नहीं लेता जो उसको लड़कियाँ सप्लाई करते हैं।
पत्रकार - क्या सारे बीएसए अय्याश हैं ?
अनामिका - 90 % बीएसए लङकियाँ इस्तेमाल करते हैं और बीएसए 10% गे है वो लङके इस्तेमाल करते हैं जिनसे पैसा नही लेते उसकी इज्जत ले लेते हैं।
पत्रकार - कोई टीचर विरोध नही करती है ?
अनामिका - सर, 35 साल नौकरी करनी होती है शिकायत करेगे तो रोज स्कूल जाना पङेगा और बच्चों को भी पढाना पङेगा।
पत्रकार - फिर टीचर क्यों बनी जब पढाना ही नहीं चाहती हो ?

अनामिका - सर, बच्चों को पढाने के लिए कुछ पता भी तो होना चाहिए न !!

पत्रकार - मतलब तुमको कुछ आता जाता नहीं फिर डिग्री कैसे मिल गयी ?

अनामिका - सर, डिग्री तो प्रधानजी और उनकी चहेतों के पास भी है तो क्या उनको भी पढे लिखे मान लें ? डिग्री कहीं भी बनवा लो आसानी से बन जाती है !!

कोविड 19, 
 अब एक नया नाटक आरंभ होने जा रहा है।

अब स्कूल खोलने पर क्या होगा ,कितने भयावह परिणाम आपके और हमारे सामने आने वाले हैं ये कल्पना से परे है।
 कौन सा स्कूल इन बच्चों की जान की सुरक्षा की जिम्मेदारी लेगा?? 
कौन सा स्कूल इन बच्चों को मास्क (वह भी ठीक से) पहनाकर रखेगा?? साबुन सैनिटाइजर का उपयोग बार बार करवाऐगा??  
और फिजिकल डिस्टेंसिंग की तो बात करना ही नहीं चाहिए, कौन ध्यान रखेगा इनका?
जब ये एक दिन की पिकनिक पर लापरवाही करते हैं, अपनी गपशप और फोन पर लगे रहते हैं तब रोज रोज की फिजिकल डिस्टेंसिंग, मास्क, सैनिटाइजर ये बच्चे सम्भालेंगे ऐसा सोचना हमारी नादानी होगी।
अपने बच्चों को अभी तो स्कूल भेजना उचित ही नहीं है, ये लोग एक्सपेरिमेंट बेसिस पर स्कूल खोलेंगे, फीस लेंगे और कोरोना के केसेस बढ़ने पर स्कूल सबसे पहले बंद करेंगे। 
दुर्भाग्यवश अगर कोई बच्चा कोरोना की चपेट में आ गया तो यह स्कूल वाले खबर लेने की कोशिश भी नहीं करेंगे।
क्या ये बच्चों की जान की गारंटी लेंगे ?
इतनी हड़बड़ी में, खासकर जब हम इस समय कोरोना इन्फेक्शन के पीक की प्रतीक्षा कर रहे हैं, हमारे नौनिहालों हमारे बच्चों को कोरोना का चारा बनाकर तमाशा देखना कहाँ की बुद्धिमानी है?
यह तो स्पष्ट समझा जा सकता है कि यह मामला केवल फीस की रकम के अरबों की हेराफेरी से ही संबंधित है,वरना बच्चे यदि 4-6 महीने बाद स्कूल जायेंगे तो क्या अंतर पड़ना है।यह तो तय है कि कोरोना इस साल जाने वाला नहीं है। 
वैसे भी हमारा स्कूल सिस्टम बच्चों को विकट परिस्थितियों में बचना (जिंदा बचे रहना) कभी भी नहीं सिखाता है।
यह तो बच्चों को हाथ कैसे धोना चाहिए अथवा दांतों पर ब्रश ठीक से कैसे करना है यह भी नहीं सिखाता है।
 स्कूल में lunch के पहले बच्चों को हाथ धोने की बात तक तो सिखाई नहीं जाती है??  
पर यही स्कूल फीस लेनी हो तो बच्चों को कोरोना के सामने डालने से गुरेज नहीं करता है।
ये वायरस पहले स्कूली बच्चों में एक से दूसरे में फैलेगा,फिर बच्चा घर आकर घर के दूसरे बच्चों, माता पिता, फिर बुजुर्गों में इन्फेक्शन फैलाऐगा। और इस तरह से यह वायरस पूरे घर को अपने आगोश में ले लेगा। 
 यह सच्चाई है,अगर हमने अपने बच्चों को बतौर Experiment स्कूल भेज दिया तो बहुत जल्दी अब हमें इस जानलेवा मुसीबत का भी सामना करना है। 
 ये कोरोना अब बच्चों के माध्यम से हमारे घरों में आकर फैलेगा।
जुलाई का महीना बरसात के मौसम का प्रारंभ है, बारिश और उमस के कारण वायरस और बैक्टीरिया बड़ी तेजी से फैलते हैं, कोरोना का ये वायरस इस सीजन में कितना भयानक रूप लेगा ये अकल्पनीय है।
ये सच है कि हर माता पिता अपने बच्चों के भविष्य को लेकर चिंतित रहते हैं, लेकिन बच्चों का भविष्य तो हम सब तब देखेंगे जब वह सुरक्षित होंगे। कोरोना लहर के सामने अपने बच्चों को स्कूल में  झोंक देने का अर्थ नरभक्षी जानवर के सामने बच्चों को लड़ने भेजने जैसा है।
यदि आप अभी भी अपने बच्चों को जल्दी स्कूल भेजना चाहते हैं तो स्वयं से कुछ प्रश्नों के उत्तर देने का प्रयास करें:
क्या आपको लग रहा है कि कोरोना वायरस का संक्रमण कम हो रहा है?
क्या आप ये मानते हैं कि कोरोना बच्चों पर रहम कर देगा ?
क्या ऑटो, टेंपो पर लटकते हुए बच्चों में फिजिकल डिस्टेंसिंग रह पायेगी?
 क्या स्कूल बस कोरोना संक्रमण से अछूती रह सकती है? 
क्या स्कूल के टीचर, आया बाई, चपरासी, बस ड्राइवर, कंडक्टर, गार्ड सभी कोरोना टेस्ट में नेगेटिव साबित होने के बाद ही बच्चों के सामने लाए जायेंगे?
एक एक कक्षा में जहां 40-50-60 बच्चे होते हैं वहां क्या 1-1 मीटर की दूरी बनाए रखी जाएगी?
क्या बच्चे इस दूरी का  8-9 घंटे पालन कर पाऐंगे?? 
प्रार्थना स्थल पर तथा छुट्टी के समय जब बच्चे आपस में टकराते हुए निकलते हैं तब क्या यह दूरी बनाए रखी जा सकेगी?
लगातार मास्क पहनने से शरीर में ऑक्सीजन की कमी (17%तक) देखी गई है, बच्चों को ऑक्सीजन की ज़रूरत हमसे ज़्यादा होती है, क्या बच्चे 8-9 घंटे मास्क लगा कर रह पाऐंगे?? 
समय समय पर मास्क कैसे उतारना, पुन: कैसे पहनना, पानी पीने व टिफिन खाते समय मास्क कैसे हटाना, उसके बाद हाथ  सैनिटाइजर से या सोप से कितनी देर तक कैसे धोना (रगड़ना) यह सब कौन बताएगा??
क्या पहले से काम के बोझ में दबा शिक्षक/शिक्षिका या स्कूल प्रबंधन आपके पैसे से कोई नया कोरोना सुपरवाइजर नियुक्त करेगा?
क्या बच्चों में कोरोना मॉरटालिटि कम होना आपके हिसाब से काफी है???
क्या बच्चे के इन्फेक्शन होने की अवस्था में स्कूल या शासन कोई जिम्मेदारी लेगा ?
इलाज के लाखों रूपए में कितना हिस्सा स्कूल या शासन वहन करेगा ?
कल को जब केसेस बढ़ेंगे, जो लगातार बढ़ रहें हैं, तब आपके गली मुहल्ले में होने वाली मौत आपको बच्चों समेत सेल्फ क्वाराईन्टिन को विवश कर देगी तब आपके बच्चे की पढ़ाई का साल और स्कूल में पटाई जा चुकी फीस का क्या होगा?
आपसे अनुरोध है कि एक जागरूक जनता और जिम्मेदार माता पिता बने और अपने बच्चों को कोरोना का ग्रास बनने न भेजें। तब तक जब तक कि स्थितियां पूरी तरह सामान्य ना हो जाऐं। 
आप किसी भी धर्म को मानने वाले हों या किसी भी राजनीतिक पार्टी के समर्थक हों, इतनी जल्दी स्कूल खोलने का विरोध करें।
बच्चे हमारी सम्पदा से बढ़कर हैं, उन्हें हम दॉव पर नहीं लगा सकते हैं। जिन्हें पैसे कमाने हैं उन्हें कमाने दीजिए, परन्तु इसके लिए हमारे बच्चे गोटियां नहीं बनेंगे।
आइए कोशिश करें कि स्कूल अभी न खोलें जाएं, हम सब मिलकर विरोध करेंगे तभी बात बनेगी।
