Struggles and Opportunities in the Direction of a Leader

Leadership is an element of Inspiration to a Team that keeps it going. A Team can become triumphant or defeated with the Leadership tactics of a Leader. A Leader is a contractor who constructs a bridge and even demolishes it. The task of Leadership is easy to view but difficult to perform. Happily, with consistent practice and good communication skills, it can be mastered.

There lay many struggles and opportunities in the path of a Leader, these are explained as follows:

•Guiding and Inspiring: A Leader should have good sympathetic and Motivational skills to get work with his subordinates. To Inspire them, Leaders should make them understand the quality of meaningful work. By giving their best in the organisation, payments should be made to them accordingly.

•Handling different Attitudes :

Conflicts are a normal part of every organisation. Two people differ from each other due to differences in viewpoints. Conflict can Lead to a worsening relationship if it is not handled properly. Leaders face challenges in handling conflicts that occur due to :

• Communication barrier

• Structural differences

• Individual's personality

• Managing a Team :

Introducing a Team of people with diverse cultures, attitudes and beliefs is a difficult task. A manager has to build trust and a good impression on the colleagues in the first stage. He should not act proudly over his followers, instead, make them feel him as his fellow.

Opportunities in the Path

A Leader is open to several alternatives, the right use of which is beneficial for the business. Everything at the right place, right time, right manner matters a lot when it is concerned with business. Keeping this notion at the top, opportunities of a business Leader are given as follows:

• Creativity and initiative

• Delegation to facilitate the performance

• Time management to ensure smooth functioning of the business.
