दीपावली के दिन जयपुर शहर के स्कूटर कंपनी होंडा का शोरूम बंद होने ही वाला था कि 13 वर्ष के एक बच्चे ने अपनी बहन के साथ प्रवेश किया... दोनों ने अपने हाथों में बैग ले रखे थे... 

Rs 62,000 रुपए के सिक्के लेकर यश बड़ी बहन रूपल के लिए स्कूटी खरीदने आया था... 

इतने सिक्के देखकर शोरूम कर्मचारी हैरान रह गए... 

उन्होंने एक बार तो स्कूटर देने से मना कर दिया... 

परन्तु जब यश ने पूरी बात बताई तो शोरूम मैनेजर ने स्कूटी देने के लिए अपनी सहमति दे दी।

आठवीं में पढ़ने वाला यश और उसकी बहन रूपल दो वर्षों से अपना जेब खर्च जमा कर रहे थे... 

यश के पिता की आटा चक्की है... 

दोनों को जेब खर्च सिक्कों में ही मिलता था... 

जब नोट भी मिलते तो वे इस डर से सिक्कों में बदलवा लेते कि कहीं खर्च हो जाए... जब 62,000 रुपए एकत्र हो गए तो दोनों स्कूटी लेने पहुंच गए... माता-पिता को सरप्राइज देना चाहते थे, इसलिए अपने मामा को साथ लिया।

होंडा एडवेंट के जनरल मैनेजर ने बताया कि यह हमारे लिए पहला ऐसा मामला था, जब कोई पूरा पैसा सिक्कों के रूप में लेकर स्कूटर खरीदने आया... 

इससे पहले एक बार एक व्यक्ति 29,000 रुपए सिक्कों के रूप में लाया था... 

यह पूरा मामला भवनात्मक था, इसलिए हमने शोरूम को यश और उसकी बहन रूपल के लिए देर तक खोले रखा... 

पूरे स्टाफ ने बैठकर दो-ढाई घंटों में सिक्कों को गिना।

लड़कियों के स्कूल में आने वाली नई टीचर ख़ूबसूरत और शैक्षणिक तौर पर भी मज़बूत थी लेकिन उसने अभी तक शादी नहीं की थी..

 सब लड़कियां उसके इर्द-गिर्द जमा हो गईं और मज़ाक़ करने लगीं कि मैडम आपने अभी तक शादी क्यों नहीं की..?

मैडम ने दास्तान कुछ यूं शुरू की_एक महिला की पांच बेटियां थीं, पति ने उसको धमकी दी कि अगर इस बार भी बेटी हुई तो उस बेटी को बाहर किसी सड़क या चौक पर फेंक आऊंगा,

ईश्वर की मर्जी वो ही जाने कि छटी बार भी बेटी पैदा हुई और पति ने बेटी को उठाया और रात के अंधेरे में शहर के बीचों-बीच चौक पर रख आया, मां पूरी रात उस नन्ही सी जान के लिए दुआ करती रही और बेटी को ईश्वर के सुपुर्द कर दिया।

दूसरे दिन सुबह पिता जब चौक से गुज़रा तो देखा कि कोई बच्ची को ले नहीं गया बाप बेटी को वापस घर लाया लेकिन दूसरी रात फिर बेटी को चौक पर रख आया लेकिन रोज यही होता रहा हर बार पिता बाहर रख आया और जब कोई लेना जाता तो मजबूरन वापस उठा लाता,

यहां तक कि उसका पिता थक गया और ईश्वर की मर्जी पर राज़ी हो गया। फिर ईश्वर ने कुछ ऐसा किया कि एक साल बाद मां फिर पेट हो गई और इसबार उनको बेटा हुआ, लेकिन कुछ ही दिन बाद बेटियों में से एक की मौत हो गई यहां तक कि माँ पांच बार पेट से हुई और पांच बेटे हुए लेकिन हर बार उसकी बेटियों में से एक इस दुनियां से चली जाती ।

सिर्फ एक ही बेटी ज़िंदा बची और वो वही बेटी थी जिससे बाप जान छुड़ाना चाह रहा था, मां भी इस दुनियां से चली गई इधर पांच बेटे और एक बेटी सब बड़े हो गए टीचर ने कहा पता है वो बेटी जो ज़िंदा रही कौन है.? "वो मैं हूं" और मैंने अभी तक शादी इसलिए नहीं की कि बाप इतने बूढ़े हो गए हैं कि अपने हाथ से खाना भी नहीं खा सकते और कोई दूसरा नहीं जो उनकी सेवा करें। 

बस मैं ही उनकी खिदमत किया करती हूं और वो पांच बेटे कभी कभी आकर पिता का हालचाल पूछ जाते हैं ।


पिता हमेशा शर्मिंदगी के साथ रो रो कर मुझ से कहा करते हैं, मेरी प्यारी बेटी जो कुछ मैंने बचपन में तेरे साथ किया उस पर मुझे माफ करना, 
मैंने कहीं बेटी की बाप से मुहब्बत के बारे मैं एक प्यारा सा किस्सा पढा था कि एक पिता बेटे के साथ फुटबॉल खेल रहा था। और बेटे की हौसला बढ़ाने के लिए जान बूझ कर हार रहा था। दूर बैठी बेटी बाप की हार बर्दाश्त ना कर सकी और बाप के साथ लिपट के रोते हुए बोली बाबा आप मेरे साथ खेलें, ताकि मैं आपकी जीत के लिए हार सकूँ ।

 सच ही कहा जाता है कि बेटी तो बाप के लिए रहमत होती है..

 एक बहुत अमीर आदमी ने रोड के किनारे एक भिखारी से पूछा.. "तुम भीख क्यूँ मांग रहे हो जबकि तुम तन्दुरुस्त  हो...??"

भिखारी ने जवाब दिया... "मेरे पास महीनों से कोई काम नहीं है...
अगर आप मुझे कोई नौकरी दें तो मैं अभी  से भीख मांगना छोड़ दूँ"

अमीर मुस्कुराया और कहा.. "मैं तुम्हें कोई नौकरी तो नहीं दे सकता ..
लेकिन मेरे पास इससे भी अच्छा कुछ है... 
क्यूँ नहीं तुम मेरे बिज़नस पार्टनर बन जाओ..."

भिखारी को उसके  कहे पर यकीन नहीं हुआ... 
"ये आप क्या कह रहे हैं क्या ऐसा मुमकिन है...?"

"हाँ मेरे पास एक चावल का प्लांट है.. तुम चावल बाज़ार में सप्लाई करो और जो भी मुनाफ़ा होगा उसे हम महीने के अंत में आपस में बाँट लेंगे.."

भिखारी के आँखों से ख़ुशी के आंसू निकल पड़े... 
" आप मेरे लिए जन्नत के फ़रिश्ते बन कर आये हैं मैं किस कदर आपका शुक्रिया अदा करूँ.."

फिर अचानक वो चुप हुआ और कहा.. "हम मुनाफे को कैसे बांटेंगे..?
क्या मैं 20% और आप 80% लेंगे ..या मैं 10% और आप 90% लेंगे..
जो भी हो ...मैं तैयार हूँ और बहुत खुश हूँ..."

अमीर आदमी ने बड़े प्यार से उसके सर पर हाथ रखा ..
"मुझे मुनाफे का केवल 10% चाहिए बाकी 90% तुम्हारा ..ताकि तुम तरक्की कर सको.."

भिखारी अपने घुटने के बल  गिर पड़ा.. और रोते हुए बोला... 
"आप जैसा कहेंगे मैं वैसा ही करूंगा... मैं आपका बहुत शुक्रगुजार हूँ ...।

और अगले दिन से भिखारी ने काम शुरू कर दिया ..उम्दा चावल और 
बाज़ार से सस्ते... और दिन रात की मेहनत से..बहुत जल्द ही उसकी बिक्री 
काफी बढ़ गई... रोज ब रोज तरक्की होने लगी....

और फिर वो दिन भी आया जब मुनाफा बांटना था.

और वो 10% भी अब उसे बहुत ज्यादा लग रहा  था... उतना उस भिखारी ने कभी सोचा भी नहीं था... अचानक एक शैतानी ख्याल उसके दिमाग में आया...

"दिन रात मेहनत मैंने की है...और उस अमीर आदमी ने कोई भी काम नहीं किया.. सिवाय मुझे अवसर देने की..मैं उसे ये 10% क्यूँ दूँ ...वो इसका 
हकदार बिलकुल भी नहीं है..।

और फिर वो अमीर आदमी अपने नियत समय पर मुनाफे में 
अपना हिस्सा 10% वसूलने आया और भिखारी ने जवाब दिया
" अभी कुछ हिसाब बाक़ी है, मुझे यहाँ नुकसान हुआ है, लोगों से कर्ज की अदायगी बाक़ी है, ऐसे शक्लें बनाकर उस अमीर आदमी को हिस्सा देने को टालने लगा."

अमीर आदमी ने कहा के "मुझे पता है तुम्हे कितना मुनाफा हुआ है फिर कयुं तुम मेरा हिस्सा देनेसे टाल रहे हो ?"

उस भिखारी ने तुरंत जवाब दिया "तुम इस मुनाफे के हकदार नहीं हो ..क्योंकि सारी मेहनत मैंने की है..."

अब सोचिये...
अगर वो अमीर हम होते और भिखारी से ऐसा जवाब सुनते ..
तो ...हम क्या करते ?

ठीक इसी तरह.........

भगवान  ने हमें जिंदगी दी..हाथ- पैर..आँख-कान.. दिमाग दिया..
 समझबूझ  दी...बोलने को जुबान दी...जज्बात दिए..."

अपनी Income से   %  निकाल कर अछे कामो मे लगाना चाहिए   और...

भगवान का शुक्रिया अदा करना चाहिए  जिसने हमें  जिंदगी दी सुख दिए ..

" एक बार जरुरपढे " कहानी - 

पढ़ाई पूरी करने के बाद एक छात्र किसी बड़ी कंपनी में नौकरी पाने की चाह में इंटरव्यू देने के लिए पहुंचा....

छात्र ने बड़ी आसानी से पहला इंटरव्यू पास कर लिया...

अब फाइनल इंटरव्यू
कंपनी के डायरेक्टर को लेना था...

और डायरेक्टर को ही तय
करना था कि उस छात्र को नौकरी पर रखा जाए या नहीं...

डायरेक्टर ने छात्र का सीवी (curricular vitae)  देखा और पाया  कि पढ़ाई के साथ- साथ यह  छात्र ईसी (extra curricular activities)  में भी हमेशा अव्वल रहा...

डायरेक्टर- "क्या तुम्हें  पढ़ाई के दौरान
कभी छात्रवृत्ति (scholarship)  मिली...?"

छात्र- "जी नहीं..."

डायरेक्टर- "इसका मतलब स्कूल-कॉलेज  की फीस तुम्हारे पिता अदा करते थे.."

छात्र- "जी हाँ , श्रीमान ।"

डायरेक्टर- "तुम्हारे पिताजी  क्या काम  करते  है?"

छात्र- "जी वो लोगों के कपड़े धोते हैं..."

यह सुनकर कंपनी के डायरेक्टर ने कहा- "ज़रा अपने हाथ तो दिखाना..."

छात्र के हाथ रेशम की तरह मुलायम और नाज़ुक थे...

डायरेक्टर- "क्या तुमने कभी  कपड़े धोने में अपने  पिताजी की मदद की...?"

छात्र- "जी नहीं, मेरे  पिता हमेशा यही चाहते थे 
कि मैं पढ़ाई  करूं और ज़्यादा से ज़्यादा किताबें
पढ़ूं...

हां , एक बात और, मेरे पिता बड़ी तेजी  से कपड़े धोते हैं..."

डायरेक्टर- "क्या मैं तुम्हें  एक काम कह सकता हूं...?"

छात्र- "जी, आदेश कीजिए..."

डायरेक्टर- "आज घर वापस जाने के बाद अपने पिताजी के हाथ धोना...
फिर कल सुबह मुझसे आकर मिलना..."

छात्र यह सुनकर प्रसन्न हो गया...
उसे लगा कि अब नौकरी  मिलना तो पक्का है,

तभी तो  डायरेक्टर ने कल फिर बुलाया है...

छात्र ने घर आकर खुशी-खुशी अपने पिता को ये सारी बातें बताईं और अपने हाथ दिखाने को कहा...

पिता को थोड़ी हैरानी हुई...
लेकिन फिर भी उसने बेटे
की इच्छा का मान करते हुए अपने दोनों हाथ उसके
हाथों में दे दिए...

छात्र ने पिता के हाथों को धीरे-धीरे धोना शुरू किया। कुछ देर में ही हाथ धोने के साथ ही उसकी आंखों से आंसू भी झर-झर बहने लगे...

पिता के हाथ रेगमाल (emery paper) की तरह सख्त और जगह-जगह से कटे हुए थे...

यहां तक कि जब भी वह  कटे के निशानों पर  पानी डालता, चुभन का अहसास
पिता के चेहरे पर साफ़ झलक जाता था...।

छात्र को ज़िंदगी में पहली बार एहसास हुआ कि ये
वही हाथ हैं जो रोज़ लोगों के कपड़े धो-धोकर उसके
लिए अच्छे खाने, कपड़ों और स्कूल की फीस का इंतज़ाम करते थे...

पिता के हाथ का हर छाला सबूत था उसके एकेडैमिक कैरियर की एक-एक
कामयाबी का...

पिता के हाथ धोने के बाद छात्र को पता ही नहीं चला कि उसने  उस दिन के बचे हुए सारे कपड़े भी एक-एक कर धो डाले...

उसके पिता रोकते ही रह गए , लेकिन छात्र अपनी धुन में कपड़े धोता चला गया...

उस रात बाप- बेटे ने काफ़ी देर तक बातें कीं ...

अगली सुबह छात्र फिर नौकरी  के लिए कंपनी के  डायरेक्टर के ऑफिस में था...

डायरेक्टर का सामना करते हुए छात्र की आंखें गीली थीं...

डायरेक्टर- "हूं , तो फिर कैसा रहा कल घर पर ?
क्या तुम अपना अनुभव मेरे साथ शेयर करना पसंद करोगे....?"

छात्र- " जी हाँ , श्रीमान कल मैंने जिंदगी का एक वास्तविक अनुभव सीखा...

नंबर एक... मैंने सीखा कि सराहना क्या होती है...
मेरे पिता न होते तो मैं पढ़ाई में इतनी आगे नहीं आ सकता था...

नंबर दो... पिता की मदद करने से मुझे पता चला कि किसी काम को करना कितना सख्त और मुश्किल होता है...

नंबर तीन.. . मैंने रिश्तों की अहमियत पहली बार
इतनी शिद्दत के साथ महसूस की..."

डायरेक्टर- "यही सब है जो मैं अपने मैनेजर में देखना चाहता हूं...

मैं यह नौकरी केवल उसे  देना चाहता हूं जो दूसरों की मदद की कद्र करे,
ऐसा व्यक्ति जो काम किए जाने के दौरान दूसरों की तकलीफ भी महसूस करे...

ऐसा शख्स जिसने
सिर्फ पैसे को ही जीवन का ध्येय न बना रखा हो...

मुबारक हो, तुम इस नौकरी  के पूरे हक़दार हो..."

आप अपने बच्चों को बड़ा मकान दें, बढ़िया खाना दें,
बड़ा टीवी, मोबाइल, कंप्यूटर सब कुछ दें...

लेकिन साथ ही  अपने बच्चों को यह अनुभव भी हासिल करने दें कि उन्हें पता चले कि घास काटते हुए कैसा लगता है ?

उन्हें  भी अपने हाथों से ये  काम करने दें...

खाने के बाद कभी बर्तनों को धोने का अनुभव भी अपने साथ घर के सब बच्चों को मिलकर करने दें...

ऐसा इसलिए
नहीं कि आप मेड पर पैसा खर्च नहीं कर सकते,
बल्कि इसलिए कि आप अपने बच्चों से सही प्यार करते हैं...

आप उन्हें समझाते हैं कि पिता कितने भी अमीर
क्यों न हो, एक दिन उनके बाल सफेद होने ही हैं...

सबसे अहम हैं आप के बच्चे  किसी काम को करने
की कोशिश की कद्र करना सीखें...

एक दूसरे का हाथ
बंटाते हुए काम करने का जज्ब़ा अपने अंदर 
लाएं...

यही है सबसे बड़ी सीख..............

एक चूहा एक कसाई के घर में बिल बना कर रहता था।

एक दिन चूहे ने देखा कि उस कसाई और उसकी पत्नी एक थैले से कुछ निकाल रहे हैं। चूहे ने सोचा कि शायद कुछ खाने का सामान है।

उत्सुकतावश देखने पर उसने पाया कि वो एक चूहेदानी थी।

ख़तरा भाँपने पर उस ने पिछवाड़े में जा कर कबूतर को यह बात बताई कि घर में चूहेदानी आ गयी है।

कबूतर ने मज़ाक उड़ाते हुए कहा कि मुझे क्या? मुझे कौनसा उस में फँसना है?

निराश चूहा ये बात मुर्गे को बताने गया।

मुर्गे ने खिल्ली उड़ाते हुए कहा… जा भाई.. ये मेरी समस्या नहीं है।

हताश चूहे ने बाड़े में जा कर बकरे को ये बात बताई… और बकरा हँसते हँसते लोटपोट होने लगा।

उसी रात चूहेदानी में खटाक की आवाज़ हुई,  जिस में एक ज़हरीला साँप फँस गया था।

अँधेरे में उसकी पूँछ को चूहा समझ कर उस कसाई की पत्नी ने उसे निकाला और साँप ने उसे डस लिया।

तबीयत बिगड़ने पर उस व्यक्ति ने हकीम को बुलवाया। हकीम ने उसे कबूतर का सूप पिलाने की सलाह दी।

कबूतर अब पतीले में उबल रहा था।

खबर सुनकर उस कसाई के कई रिश्तेदार मिलने आ पहुँचे जिनके भोजन प्रबंध हेतु अगले दिन उसी मुर्गे को काटा गया।

कुछ दिनों बाद उस कसाई की पत्नी सही हो गयी, तो खुशी में उस व्यक्ति ने कुछ अपने शुभचिंतकों के लिए एक दावत रखी तो बकरे को काटा गया।

चूहा अब दूर जा चुका था, बहुत दूर ……….।
