    "यह लो मम्मी, तीन हजार .. आपके पास रखो." नई बहू ऑफ़िस जाते समय अपने सास को बोली और सास की आंखें भर आयी ...

"अरे इतने सारे पैसे मुझे क्या करना है ? "

" मम्मी दिन भर कितनी चीज़ों के लिए पैसे लगते हैं मैं एक महीने से देख रही हूँ..... सब्ज़ी वाला फ़्रूट वाला कभी काम वाली ज़्यादा पैसे माँगती है और आपकी किटी भी तो होती है, रहने दो मम्मी"

"अरे तुम्हारे ससुरजी का पेंशन आता है न, वो थे तब उनसे माँगती थी, अब बिना माँगे सरकार हर महीने दे देती है." सास हंस कर बोली!

"मम्मी आप अपने किटी ग्रुप के साथ पिक्चर, भेल पार्टी, कोई नाटक ऐसे प्रोग्राम करा करो . अपनी ज़िंदगी जियो . इन्होने बताया है कि आपने कितनी मुश्किल से इस घर को संभाला है! बड़े भैया अमेरिका में है, दीदी ससुराल में ख़ुश है. अब आप भी अपनी दुनिया बनाओ .

"मैं दस 12 साल की होगी. उस दिन मेरी दादी भुवा के यहाँ जा रही थी! मम्मी ने जल्दी से छह सौ रुपया निकाल के उनके हाथ पर रखें . और बोली वहा बच्चों को बाहर ले जाना , 'नानी की तरफ़ से कुछ खिलाना पिलाना खिलौने लेकर देना, दादी मम्मी के गले में पढ़कर रोने लग गई, इतने पैसे कभी दिल खोलकर ख़र्च किए ही नहीं रे ऐसा बोलने लगी
'तब से मम्मी और दादी गहरी सहेलियां बन गयी थी जैसे

मम्मी मुझे मालूम है घर संभालने के लिए आपको अपनी जॉब भी छोड़नी पड़ी, कितना बुरा लगा होगा आपको . कितनी इच्छाओं महत्वाकांक्षाओं का दम घोटना पड़ा होगा ....इसके अलावा हर छोटी बड़ी बात के लिए पति के सामने हाथ फैलाना पड़ा होगा . तब पति भी एहसान जताकर पैसे दिये करते थे  ....आपकी पेंशन रहने दो मम्मी मुझे कभी ज़रूरत रहेगी तो मैं आपसे ही मांगूंगी. . "

"अरे बेटा सब कुछ आज ही बोलोगे क्या, तुम्हें ऑफ़िस में देर हो रही है जल्दी जाओ."

"मुझे बोलने दो मम्मी , यह में मेरी ख़ुशी के लिए कर रही हू, मेरी माँ कहती है कि 18 घंटे घर में खटने वाली महिला को कोई समझता ही नहीं है. लेकिन तुम अपने सास की मेहनत को ध्यान में रखना प्यार बोओगी तो प्यार ही पैदा होगा.."

    सास ने भरे हुए मनसे, प्यार भरे दिल से बहु के गाल थपथपाए. आँखों से ओझल न हो तब तक दरवाज़े में खड़ी रही, बहू आने पर मैं और घर की चारदीवारी में बंध के रह जाऊँगी ऐसे सोचा था, पर तूने तो दरवाज़ा खोलकर मुझे बाहर का आस्मां दिखा दिया."

RTO Office

मैंने गाड़ी खरीदी, RTO आफिस में रजिस्ट्रेशन कराया, यह सरकार के रिकॉर्ड में है।

मैंने ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस लिया, यह भी सरकार के रिकॉर्ड में दर्ज है।

मैंने कब कब POLLUTION UNDER CONTROL CERTIFICATE लिया, यह भी सरकार के रिकॉर्ड में दर्ज है।

मैंने अपनी गाड़ी का इन्श्योरेन्स रिन्यू कब कब कराया, यह भी सरकार के रिकॉर्ड में दर्ज है क्योंकि इन्श्योरेन्स का एक हिस्सा सरकार के खाते में जमा होता है।

मेरे द्वारा दिए गए टैक्स के पैसे से सरकार के हर कार्यालय में ढेरों कम्प्यूटरों का अम्बार लगा हुआ है, खूब ढोल भी पीटा जा रहा है कि पूरा इंडिया डिजिटल हो गया है.!

तो सरकार जब सारी जानकारी आपके रिकॉर्ड में दर्ज है तो फिर आप मेरी गाड़ी का नम्बर कम्प्यूटर या मोबाइल के एप्लिकेशन में ENTER करके अपने आफिस में बैठे बैठे ही पता कर सकते हैं कि मेरा लाइसेंस EXPIRE तो नहीं हो गया है, इन्श्योरेन्स ड्यू तो नहीं हो गया है, POLLUTION LEVEL कब चेक कराया आदि आदि....

सड़क पर केवल इतना देखा जाना चाहिए कि मैं यातायात के नियमों का पालन कर रहा हूँ या नहीं, कागजी कार्रवाई के लिए हर चौक चौराहे पर नागरिकों को परेशान करने की कोई जरूरत नहीं होगी अगर सरकारी अमला अपने कार्य में दक्ष हो...

सारी समस्या की जड़ ही यही है कि डिजिटल इंडिया चुनाव जीतने का हथकंडा भर है, सरकारी विभागों के कम्प्यूटर हाथी के दांत की तरह बस दिखावे भर के लिए हैं।

           आप सभी से अनुरोध है कि इसे अधिक से अधिक प्रचारित करें जिससे जनता मैं जागरूकता आये कि आखिरकार इस कथित राष्ट्रवादी सरकार की मंशा क्या है

और इस तरह जनता का शोषण कब तक चलेगा ?

So when the government has all the information in your records, then you can enter the number of my car in the computer or mobile application and enter it in your office and know that my license has not been expired, insurance is not due. GOT, POLLUTION LEVEL WHEN CHECKED ETC ETC ....

The only thing to be seen on the road is whether I am following the traffic rules or not, there will be no need to disturb the citizens at every square intersection for paperwork if the government staff is efficient in its work ...

The root cause of the whole problem is that Digital India is just a juggle to win elections, computers of government departments are just like ivory.

           All of you are requested to publicize it as much as possible so that the public is aware that what is the intention of this so-called nationalist government and how long will the exploitation of the people last?

एक राजा का एक प्रिय हाथी बीमार हो गया। 
उसके बचने की अब कोई आशा नहीं थी ।
एक दिन राजा ने घोषणा की जो भी मेरे प्रिय हाथी की मरने की सूचना मुझे देगा मै उसे मृत्युदंड दूंगा। 

एक दिन अचानक से हाथी मर गया ।

अब राजा को कौन हाथी के मरने की सूचना दे। तब हाथी की देख भाल करने वाले महावत ने दरबार मे जाकर राजा से कहा की महाराज आज सुबह से आपका प्रिय हाथी न उठ रहा है न पानी पी रहा है न कुछ खा रहा हैन ही  सांस ले रहा है।

तब राजा ने उससे कहा की क्या मेरा हाथी मर गया ।

तब महावत ने कहा की महाराज ये तो आप ही कह सकते हैं । 

यही हाल भारतीय अर्थ व्यवस्था का है।

मोदी के सारे मन्त्री अपने अपने ढंग से हाथी के मरने की सूचना दे रहे है ।

हाथी मर गया ये कोई नहीं कह रहा है

मैं बिस्तर पर से उठा,अचानक छाती में दर्द होने लगा मुझे... हार्ट की तकलीफ तो नहीं है. ..? ऐसे विचारों के साथ. ..मैं आगे वाले बैठक के कमरे में गया...मैंने नज़र की...कि मेरा परिवार मोबाइल में व्यस्त था...

मैने... पत्नी को देखकर कहा...काव्या थोड़ा छाती में रोज से आज ज़्यादा दुख रहा है...डाॅक्टर को बताकर आता हूं. ..हां, मगर संभलकर जाना...काम हो तो फोन करना  (मोबाइल में देखते देखते हि काव्या बोली...

मैं... एक्टिवा की चाबी लेकर पार्किंग में पंहुचा... पसीना,मुझे बहुत आ रहा था...ऐकटिवा स्टार्ट नहीं हो रहा था...
ऐसे वक्त्त... हमारे घर का काम करने वाला ध्रुव सायकल लेकर आया... सायकल को ताला मारते हि उसे मैने मेरे सामने खडा देखा...क्यों साब. ऐकटिवा चालू नहीं हो रहा है...मैंने कहा नहीं...

आपकी तबीयत ठीक नहीं लगती साब... इतना पसीना क्यों आया है ?

साब... स्कूटर को किक इस हालत में नहीं मारते....मैं किक मारके चालू कर देता हूं...ध्रुव ने एक ही किक मारकर ऐकटिवा चालू कर दिया, साथ ही पूछा..साब अकेले जा रहे हो ?

मैंने कहा... हां ऐसी हालत में अकेले नहीं जाते...चलिए मेरे पीछे बैठ जाइए...मैंने कहा तुम्हे एक्टिवा चलाने आता है  ? साब... गाड़ी का भी लाइसेंस है, चिंता  छोड़कर बैठ जाओ...

पास ही एक अस्पताल में हम पंहुचे, ध्रुव दौड़कर अंदर गया, और व्हील चेयर लेकर बाहर आया...साब... अब चलना नहीं, इस कुर्सी पर बैठ जाओ..

ध्रुव के मोबाइल पर लगातार घंटियां बजती रही...मैं समझ गया था... फ्लैट में से सबके फोन आते होंगे..कि अब तक क्यों नहीं आया  ? ध्रुव ने आखिर थक कर किसी को कह दिया कि... आज नहीँ आ सकता....

ध्रुव डाॅक्टर के जैसे ही व्यवहार कर रहा था...उसे बगैर पूछे मालूम हो गया था कि, साब को हार्ट की तकलीफ हो रही है... लिफ्ट में से व्हील चेयर ICU कि तरफ लेकर गया....

डाॅक्टरों की टीम तो तैयार ही थी... मेरी तकलीफ सुनकर... सब टेस्ट शीघ्र ही किये... डाॅक्टर ने कहा, आप समय पर पहुंच गए हो....इस में भी आपने व्हील चेयर का उपयोग किया...वह आपके लिए बहुत फायदेमंद रहा...
अब... कोई भी प्रकार की राह देखना... वह आपके लिए हानिकारक होगी...इसलिए बिना देर किए हमें हार्ट का ऑपरेशन करके आपके ब्लोकेज जल्द ही दूर करने होंगे...इस फार्म पर आप के स्वजन की सही की ज़रूरत है...डाॅक्टर ध्रुव को सामने देखा...

मैंने कहा , बेटे, दस्तखत करने आती है  ? साब इतनी बड़ी जवाबदारी मुझ पर न रखो...

बेटे... तुम्हारी कोई जवाबदारी नहीं है... तुम्हारे साथ भले ही लहू का संबंध नहीं है... फिर भी बगैर कहे तुमने तुम्हारी जवाबदारी पूरी की, वह जवाबदारी हकीकत में मेरे परिवार की थी...एक और जवाबदारी पूरी कर दो बेटा, मैं नीचे लिखकर सही करके लिख दूंगा कि मुझे कुछ भी होगा तो जवाबदारी मेरी है, ध्रुव ने सिर्फ मेरे कहने पर ही हस्ताक्षर  किये हैं, बस अब. ..

और हां, घर फोन लगा कर खबर कर दो...

बस, उसी समय मेरे सामने, मेरी पत्नी काव्या का मोबाइल ध्रुव के मोबाइल पर आया.वह शांति से काव्या को सुनने लगा...

थोड़ी देर के बाद ध्रुव बोला, मैडम, आपको पगार काटने का हो तो काटना, निकालने का हो तो निकाल दो , मगर अभी अस्पताल ऑपरेशन शुरु होने के पहले पंहुच जाओ. हां मैडम, मैं साब को अस्पताल लेकर आया हूं. डाक्टर ने ऑपरेशन की तैयारी कर ली है, और राह देखने की कोई जरूरत नहीं है...

मैंने कहा, बेटा घर से फोन था...?

हा साब.

मैंने मन में सोचा, काव्या तुम किसकी पगार काटने की बात कर रही है, और किस को निकालने की बात कर रही हो ? आंखों में आंसू के साथ ध्रुव के कंधे पर हाथ रख कर, मैं बोला,बेटा चिंता नहीं करते।।

मैं एक संस्था में सेवाएं देता हूं, वे बुज़ुर्ग लोगों को सहारा देते हैं, वहां तुम जैसे ही व्यक्तियों की ज़रूरत है.
तुम्हारा काम बरतन कपड़े धोने का नहीं है, तुम्हारा काम तो समाज सेवा का है...बेटा. ..पगार मिलेगा, इसलिए चिंता ना करना.

ऑपरेशन बाद, मैं होश में आया... मेरे सामने मेरा पूरा परिवार नतमस्तक खड़ा था, मैं आंखों में आंसू के साथ बोला, ध्रुव कंहां है  ?

काव्या बोली-: वो अभी ही छुट्टी लेकर गांव गया, कहता था, उसके पिताजी हार्ट अटैक में गुज़र गऐ है... 15 दिन के बाद फिर से आयेगा.

अब मुझे समझ में आया कि उसको मेरे में उसका बाप दिखता होगा...

हे प्रभु, मुझे बचाकर आपने उसके बाप को उठा लिया !

पूरा परिवार हाथ जोड़कर , मूक नतमस्तक माफी मांग रहा था...

एक मोबाइल की लत (व्यसन)...अपने व्यक्ति को अपने दिल से कितना दूर लेकर जाता है... वह परिवार देख रहा था.... यही नही मोबाइल  आज घर घर कलह का कारण भी बन गया है बहू छोटी-छोटी बाते तत्काल  अपने मां-बाप को बताती है और मां की सलाह पर ससुराल पक्ष के लोगो से व्यवहार करती है परिणामस्वरूप  वह बीस बीस साल भी ससुराल पक्ष के लोगो से अपनापा जोड़ नही पात ।

डाॅक्टर ने आकर कहा, सब से पहले यह बताइए ध्रुव भाई आप के क्या लगते  ?

मैंने कहा डाॅक्टर साहब,  कुछ संबंधों के नाम या गहराई तक न जाएं तो ही बेहतर होगा उससे संबंध की गरिमा बनी रहेगी.

बस मैं इतना ही कहूंगा कि, वो आपात स्थिति में मेरे लिए फरिश्ता बन कर आया था !

पिन्टू बोला :- हमको माफ करो पप्पा... जो फर्ज़ हमारा था,  वह ध्रुव ने पूरा किया, वह हमारे लिए शर्मजनक है, अब से ऐसी भूल भविष्य में कभी भी नहीं होगी. ..

बेटा,जवाबदारी और नसीहत (सलाह) लोगों को देने के लिए ही होती है...
जब लेने की घड़ी आये, तब लोग ऊपर नीचे (या बग़ल झाकते है) हो जातें है.

      अब रही मोबाइल की बात...

बेटे, एक निर्जीव खिलोने ने,जीवित खिलोने को गुलाम कर दिया है, समय आ गया है, कि उसका मर्यादित उपयोग करना है,

पिता का पुत्र के नाम पत्र

लखनऊ के एक उच्चवर्गीय बूढ़े पिता ने अपने पुत्रों  के नाम एक 

चिट्ठी लिखकर खुद को गोली मार ली। चिट्टी क्यों लिखी और क्या लिखा। यह जानने से पहले संक्षेप में चिट्टी लिखने की पृष्ठभूमि जान लेना जरूरी है।

पिता सेना में कर्नल के पद से रिटार्यड हुए । वे लखनऊ के एक पॉश कॉलोनी में अपनी पत्नी के साथ रहते थे। उनके दो बेटे थे। जो उन से दूर अमेरिका में रहते थे। यहां यह बताने की जरूरत नहीं है कि माता-पिता ने अपने लाड़लों को पालने में कोई कोर कसर नहीं रखी। बच्चे सफलता की सीढ़िंया चढते गए। पढ़-लिखकर इतने योग्य हो गए कि दुनिया की सबसे नामी-गिरामी कार्पोरेट कंपनी में उनको नौकरी मिल गई। संयोग से दोनों भाई एक ही देश में,लेकिन अलग-अलग अपने परिवार के साथ रहते थे।


एक दिन अचानक पिता ने रूंआसे गले से बेटों को खबर दी। बेटे! तुम्हारी मां अब इस दुनिया में नहीं रही । पिता अपनी पत्नी के लाश के साथ बेटों के आने का इंतजार करते रहे। एक दिन बाद छोटा बेटा आया, जिसका घर का नाम चींटू था। पिता ने पूछा  चिंटू मुन्ना क्यों नहीं आया। मुन्ना यानी बड़ा बेटा। छोटे बेटे के मुंह से एक सच निकल पड़ा। उसने पिता से कहा कि मुन्ना भईया ने कहा कि मां की मौत में तुम चले जाओ। पिता जी मरेंगे, तो मैं चला जाऊंगा।


कर्नल साहब ( पिता) कमरे के अंदर गए। उन्होंने  चंद पंक्तियो का एक पत्र लिखा। जो इस प्रकार था-

मैंने और तुम्हारी मां ने बहुत सारे अरमानों के साथ तुम लोगों को पाला-पोसा। दुनिया के सारे सुख दिए। देश-दुनिया के बेहतरीन जगहों पर शिक्षा दी। जब तुम्हारी मां अंतिम सांस ले रही थी, तो मैं उसके पास था।वह मरते समय तुम दोनों का चेहरा एक बार देखना चाहती थी और तुम दोनों को बाहों में भर कर चूमना चाहती थी। तुम लोग उसके लिए वही मासूम मुन्ना और चिंटू थे। उसकी मौत के बात उसकी लाश के पास तुम लोगों का इंतजार करने लिए मैं था। मेरा मन कर रहा था कि काश तुम लोग मुझे ढांढस बधाने के लिए मेरे पास होते। मेरी मौत के बाद मेरी लाश के पास तुम लोगों का इंतजार करने के लिए कोई नहीं होगा। सबसे बड़ी बात यह कि मैं नहीं चाहता कि मेरी लाश निपटाने के लिए तुम्हारे बड़े भाई को आना पड़े। इसलिए सबसे अच्छा यह है कि मां के साथ मेरी लाश को निपटाकर ही जाओ।

कमरे से ठांय की आवाज आई। कर्नल साहब ने खुद को गोली मार ली।

यह क्यों हुआ, किस कारण हुआ? कोई दोषी है या नहीं।

यह काल्पनिक कहानी नहीं। पूरी तरह सत्य घटना है। व्यक्ति विशेष के नाम को मैंने हटा दिया है।
